Wrong payment method selected

I have selected the wrong payment method. How can I change this?

After you have made or instructed a payment, you can view your payment in the payment details. If something is wrong (incorrect payment method or incorrect amount), you can contact your seller. They can adjust the payment amount for you or reset the payment.

Payments should only be deleted as long as the money has not yet been transferred or handed over to the seller. After deletion, you can select a new payment type.

Deleting an instructed payment is explained below for each payment type:

Bank transfer
The seller can delete a payment by classic bank transfer at any time until he has marked the payment as confirmed at bezahl.de. You should only have a payment by classic bank transfer deleted as long as you have not transferred any money to the seller's account.

 

Direct payment
It is not possible to delete a payment via direct payment, as the transfer order is confirmed immediately after approval.
