Your merchant will send you an email with the payment information via our system to request payment.
This is called a “payment invitation”.
At first glance, the email contains the customer details, the payment reference, the purchase amount and a QR code.
To take the next step towards payment, select the blue button “Call up payment details” or scan the QR code.
You will be redirected to your individual payment plan, where you can find all the relevant purchase and vehicle information.
To make the payment, please select the blue “Pay now” button
In the next step, you will be shown the various payment options.
These vary from retailer to retailer and may only be available from or up to certain purchase amounts.
