There is an offline process for processing without an e-mail address. You will receive a document from us which you can give to your customer. The document describes the payment steps for the customer. You simply enter the price to be paid and the reason for payment in the case of a bank transfer. To ensure that this payment is also updated at bezahl.de, you can set up payments that are not announced/processed by the buyer via bezahl.de yourself. To do this, select the desired payment. You can select the payment method under Add payment.
You can already mark the amount as confirmed and as received (if activated) when creating the payment.
