The payment plan allows you to clearly display the different items of the purchase price (e.g. trade-in, financing, accessories) in detail for the customer and all other bezahl.de users.
1. Click on Settings on the left-hand side.
2. Enter cost items and service items
Under Configuration of payments and items, you can enter cost and service items and thus activate the payment plan. First enter all items that are added to the purchase price of the product (e.g. vehicle), such as accessories or transfer costs, in the Cost and service items input field. Once all cost items have been entered, place a semicolon to separate the cost items from the service items. Now enter the (service) items that are deducted from the purchase price, e.g. discount, financing or trade-in. Place a # sign in front of a service item so that it is marked as confirmed directly when creating a payment plan. Place a $ sign in front of a service item so that it is marked as Confirmed and Received (if this setting is activated) directly when a payment plan is created. Place a * sign in front of a service item so that this service item is not displayed when creating a new payment plan.
Then click on the Save configuration button. You can adjust the payment plan at any time or deactivate it by deleting the entry.
A new menu item New payment plan appears under the selected organization.
