Select a payment that you wish to cancel. Only payments with the status Open can be canceled. You are now in the payment details. Here you will find the Cancel payment button in the bottom left-hand corner. Click on this button and confirm the cancellation of this payment.
If the payment is canceled, the customer can no longer process this payment via bezahl.de. To do this, you must create a new payment.
ATTENTION: You can only cancel a payment in the Administrator and Processor roles.
